Re: What tricks would a medieval magician perform?

SimonC: It's a kids show for Swedish television, it's set in museums overnight - and everything comes alive. Yes, a lot like the Ben Stiller film A Night at the Museum :) David DeTenyo: I will share it, but I think the episode isn't on the air until february sometime :) And The Name of the Rose is o...

Re: What tricks would a medieval magician perform?

I shot the scenes today, I ended up doing some classic sleight of hand, a disappearing coin and billiard balls! It went well, I hope it looks good in TV also ;)

Damn, got my hands on my own Blue Crystal today...and wow, this is stunningly smart and fun!

I'm not sure how to perform it in an entertaining way (I will check the routines above), but I instantly fell in love with this thing! :D

Re: What tricks would a medieval magician perform?

Thanks guys! Lots of great tips! Cups and balls is a must! Of course, didn't think of it! Flash paper would be cool and I'm already looking for good coins which can work in the setting! Dices is also I'm in the hands of the production, but after analyzing the information I got I think they want to g...

What tricks would a medieval magician perform?

So it seems I will appear in a Swedish reality game show (with an awesome history concept) as an actor, and they want me to play a medieval magician. I can probably find a lot of info on the net, if I Google it, but I'm gonna be honest: that's boring. I prefer asking people with knowledge. The thing...

Re: Clear Surprise

I would say, depending on the size, a gift card would be okay. Without trying (it's 4.35 in the morning and I can't hardly think because of a nasty cold) I think a credit card might be too thick.

Three tricks from Forum Novelties Inc.

Today I visited Buttericks (celebrating 101 years this years, specilizing in practical jokes, party costumes and humours gifts) in Stockholm and I noticed they had a whole stand with cheap, plastic stuff from Forum Novelties Inc . I decided to buy three of them, just to have something to toy with - ...

ring box - any recommendations?

I need a stylish, simple ring box (I prefer wood), and the dream would be one where I can place something, bigger than the finger ring, inside - and then change that to the ring. Of course I need to add the ring discreetly to the box before, after making it disappear. Any recommendations regarding b...

Re: I'm actually a wizard

That's a very neat performance! I own the same effects, the same knock-off, excellent quality, but I'm not sure how you performed it. In my case I have this crappy little - you know what - and I can't hide it properly. Do you have it somewhere else? I welcome solutions to make this trick even better...

Thank you Elliot!

I showed all four videos to my partner, and the trick that impressed him the most - a guy who have no interest at all in magic they way we have and is a pure layman - was Alchemy of Magic.

I have a micro quadrotor, if you were really well practiced with it you could tie the cover (or military standard giant lizard catching net) to it and fly over Godzilla and drop it into place!

Is there anywhere to pre-book these if you live outside Japan? I checked seomagic-jp.com, but I can't find an option to deliver to Europe.

Re: Updating 4D Surprise, how to change background color?

First time I saw it I was disappointed, but now when I've watched it again the safety of my home I liked it a lot more. I had problems focusing on the action on the big screen, but on the TV it was - for me - much easier. The characters are quite flat and there's too little monster action - BUT it's...
