Re: Question about INVISIBLE ZONE

Near the end of the trick, when starting to move the clip back to its starting point, the end of the pen comes out of the hole. Is there a locking mechanism to hold the pen in place? If not, what's the best way to keep the pen from coming out of the hole prematurely as you slide the clip to its sta...

The In-And-Out Boxes are too small for a Parabox routine. Read this thread to find a cheap Parabox: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=724&p=7033&hilit=knock#p7033

My very first Mystery Triangle was a Chinese knockoff. It has no instructions and it took me a week to figure out how it works.

Re: Magic Wagon's The Magic Gemstone & Hieroglyphic Spells

... My guess is the jewel in the bag is there to justify the extra space required for the trick to work ... Good point Simon :) I agree and maybe the gemstone is gimmicked like Tenyo's Eye of the Idol to trigger a bottom panel to move together with the brass plate to the desired position. I hope th...

Re: Magic Wagon's The Magic Gemstone & Hieroglyphic Spells

Impossible Glass Penetration is an excellent trick. I had the chance to purchase this trick but decided to pass. I know how it works but did not realize that the handling could be this clean. Had I seen this video before I would not have hesitated to buy the trick. Great performance David! Your hand...

Re: "Well...That didn't work"

Very interesting question Brett, the more because if I understand your question correct you are not asking about the 'worst' Tenyo trick (China Surprise for example), but the one we had high expectations for untill we had it in our hands ... . China Surprise or the dumpling is a common food in my c...

Re: "Well...That didn't work"

Thirty years ago, videos of Tenyo tricks were rare. Most tricks were described only in catalogs and advertised in magic magazines. The tricks that I was disappointed with after I saw the actual products are Elevator Coins, Lucifer's Lock, and Knife of the Ninja.

Re: Dr. Sawa Checkmate Available Soon?

Roberto's presentation of Checkmate is more baffling than Dr. Sawa's. Viking's U-235 is a very strong effect too. I can duplicate the effect but I am not sure if my method is the same.

Re: Is it me or won't this fool ANYONE?

This envelope switch can be found in the Tarbell Course of Magic. It can be used to vanish or change objects. It is usually used for Bank Night type of effects. The switch is more deceptive close-up than on video. The performance could have been improved if he started with one stack of envelopes and ...

Re: Mini Pool Balls Prediction or Bomb Proof

Thanks for the info BillD. Wow, the price of Six in Line is fantastic! I have decided to put Bomb Proof in my want list because it uses no electronics. Electronics has the possibility to malfunction. I have several Colin Rose products and I too like the quality. I need to starve myself for several w...

Re: Mini Pool Balls Prediction or Bomb Proof

Thanks Guys. I failed to notice that Bomb Proof does not use electronics. I thought they both use the same principle. I like the size and design of Magic Wagon better but electronics is unreliable. Both tricks are expensive so I guess I 'll just have to pass on this one for now.

Mini Pool Balls Prediction or Bomb Proof

Correct! But Fred Kaps performs it with superb misdirection and subtleties to get the spectator to think away from the actual method.
