Re: 2001 +1 Redemption ILLUSION SCALE

That's a rather easy trick to make yourself, too. Can be printed on paper and laminated. Tenyo also did something "extra" to the standard version of this illusion (not just the ruler), as far as I can tell.

Re: New Forum Software Version

None of the "Quick links" works for me. I just get this message:

"The specified search backend doesn’t exist."

I tend to use these quite a bit, so hopefully it can be fixed. Other than that, it appears OK (but I've only had a quick glance).

Re: CHRISTMAS MAGIC CONTEST!

I've been playing with my new little gem multiple times throughout the day, and it is a very nice little trick. However, I'm not confident I'll be able to do the performance as Peter does in his demo video, at least not without a lot of practice. The sleight isn't very complicated, but the hand that...

Re: CHRISTMAS MAGIC CONTEST!

Today I received this wonderful prize, and it is a real beauty to behold and to play with! The fit and finish is every bit as good as the pictures will lead you to believe, it has been made with great care and accuracy! It takes a very skilled craftsman to make something like this, and Peter most de...

Re: Tenyo 2019

I'm also struggling to guess how Chocolate Break works. The only suspicious move is when he covers the whole bar with his hand, I think I can possibly see something going on there, but the whole thing looks really clean. Just hoping it's not one of those tricks that looks very good on video, but in ...

I'm surprised it sold out so quickly, but it's obviously good for Magic Wagon it did. Will be interesting to see if any videos of the trick pops up, but I hope so.

Re: Magic Wagon - Chinese Lion Mystery

The Aldini bowl production (which Olaf shows a picture of) was based on the Westgate production (video that Rob linked to), and the big difference is the added legs in the Aldini version. The point of that was to be able to get rid of the assistant, which is necessary in the Westgate version. I agre...

Well, he doesn't even try to hide the move, so yes. I deduced it from Roberto's video (because that was the only video I could find), and he makes it much harder. :-)

Re: My favorite non-tenyo magic manufacturers

I think it might be possible to make a version where all the items can be examined both separately and together. :-)

I don't really see any good reason for having the screen section foldable, though. Except for storage purposes, so I think I'd prefer one that was just a solid piece.

That was a new one to me! Very cool effect, I had to think really hard to figure it out. Might make my own version one day, should be quite easy.
