Re: First Information about the 2015 Tenyo Tricks
its not her that has to lift it mate Im pretty sure they make you carry your own. ill keep my fingers crossed for you ;) Me too. I think Magic Butterfly will be an AFTER Christmas present. That's the worst part about these new tricks, not being able to know the gimmicks, but they are available for ...

Re: First Information about the 2015 Tenyo Tricks
I just hope a 5 year old can pull this trick off. Otherwise my daughter will crucify me.
Well, not LITERALLY. She can't pick up heavy pieces of wood.

Re: Magical Security/Security Lock
There is no Gestapo policy here Brett so you'll have to try harder before you're 'out of line' ;) Excellent! I was worried that all the knocks at the door lately were the Inquisition. A prayer vase in reverse? Hmm ... I suppose that would be possible but for that perticular trick I don't seen any r...

Magical Security/Security Lock
I know it's a bit early to start asking about this. I've been looking at the Milton Bradley Magic works tricks (namely Invisible Hook) and Security Lock looks like an updated Prayer Vase. Now the trick looks like you can pass the trick to the spectator and they SHOULD be able to take the card out (g...

Oh jesus! I used to work on a flightline with a bunch of men who would have loved to have that sort of nostalgia flashback.SimonC wrote:they included it in the remake too
I'm actually REALLY surprised that this is now the first time I am hearing about it.

Re: Thank u John M
Last time I saw a lady with three jugs I was watching total recall That was one part of uncensored scene that I remember until today because it was quite surprising :D Very2 cool movie at that time. I saw that when I was about 9 or 10. Apparently, so did a lot of other kids at the time. She was the...

Re: Finalizing two sets--can they be stronger?
That's true, but man is Clean Cut expensive for what it does. Yes because it is quite difficult to obtain nowadays I believe. There are knock off versions for this....quite many....the china version are super cheap but we can forget them. Rubbish. The better one I saw made by DiFatta Magic. http://...

Re: An Ordinary Deck of Cards
From my understanding it's not angly at all but you can't use a normal deck... Not angly?! Color me surprised. Not a normal deck is fine! I can work with that. I know I was bashing Ghost Card in the OH NO! post, but my daughter made me watch the Tenyo preview video of Ghost Card 8 times tonight. Ma...

Re: Finalizing two sets--can they be stronger?
So you'd only have the middle piece of rope able to be taken out instead of 3 pieces of rope falling out? I think I'm picturing it. Is it so that the rope outside of ZZC lines up with the gimmick? Yep...but I think it was a bad idea, Clean Cut was already designed perfectly for the cut and restored...

Re: An Ordinary Deck of Cards
Oh. I know it hasn't been mentioned. Probably because the deck is gimmicked.
What about Ghost Card?
Can a spectator select a card from that deck? And how 'angly' is it considering its a Lubor trick?

That clean cut routine is totally awesome. Thanks for sharing it Brett ! I don`t have clean cut yet....but sure I will get 1 after I see the demo. By the way.... I`m thinking of modifying Zig Zag Cig to become a double clean cut....hmmmmmm.... I am curious to know how it'll get modified. What's you...

Re: Finalizing two sets--can they be stronger?
Clean cut will not work as there are never really two pieces of rope. The routine would be the video verbatim. Just the patter would be a lot of 'HEY! Here's our rope! Wait, they're the exact same piece. How about now? Wait, ones too long and the other is really tiny. Let's try this again.' It's a ...

Would it be worth finding someone who has a 3D printer to make a couple dice that could, literally, fit the bill?David DeTenyo wrote:That would help, but it's only a very, very tiny difference, so it will be difficult. Re: T-166 OH NO!
It looks like an elite cigar cutter. So if we start the routine by cutting the tip of the cigar and clean it up and start the magic routine.....it would be more convincing. I love this because of the design and effect. It is very unique as Brett said. The scissors should look more realistic in my o...

Re: T-166 OH NO!
Get ready for some blasphemy! This is one of my least liked Tenyo tricks for a few reasons. Just by the box art alone, it looks like a 'shock' trick meant only to get a surprise reaction from spectators. This, Bioshock, and Ghost Card; shock tricks. Of all the Prop magic Tenyo has, this is probably ...

Re: New Tenyo Elite item is wooden Ultra Tube!
The prop is a lot bigger. You can tell by the size of the dice. I think that is OK though. Part of me is happy that I don't look at trick analytically. Thanks to my layman eyes, I'm stumped by this one. Even if it is bigger. What's nice is that you could store it in a cigar case and make a smoking ...

I like how the Elite will be cheaper than the plastic one
Aside from that. I just watched a video of Ultra Tube and I can see why it is so sought after. Great pick in Tenyo's part

Tenyo +1's
I have a lot caffeine in my system and I'm super chatty. Sorry. I just hope my phone doesn't double post this. Yesterday, John focussed my attention to Planet Tenyo for a +1 trick. LP and behold, Tenyo has several of these things. The +1 tricks are Tenyo packet tricks for acquiring a certain amount ...

Love the ending. My reaction was 'you can do all that with 4D trunk?! Sign me up!'
I like the usage of jewels.
Is it possible to make a foam cutout for them so they don't jumble everywhere or would a foam cutout take up too much room?

That tight of a fit? I'll see if I can (heavily) sand and cut a gift card down to size, from what it sounds like .JohnM wrote:A credit card might fit but for sure you will ruin the Clear Surprise card. It needs to be something thin and not too wide.
Thanks gents!
