Tenyo electric shock deck

Does anyone know if there was a electric shock deck made by Tenyo
I found a seller on eBay UK ( item number 261974748917 ) Claiming this item to be made by Tenyo.
I really like it although its not a magic trick but I cant find anything about this item ?

I don't recall if I've seen a shock deck but I know Tenyo did make a number of "shocking" products including the shocking radio which John haa a picture of here:

So it wouldn't surprise me if they had a deck as well.

There was something else that had a picture of a lady on it that shocked as well.

They are big on novelties and had a lot of gag items back in the day.

It looks right, you can see on the back where the "Made In Japan" sticker was.

If you are going to bid and are worried as on the Cafe in the Tenyo section as Richard Kaufman may know.
