Is there a picture of the English Billiard Balls small box in Tenyoism?

Yes there is. While I haven't completely gone through the book is appears he has the English packaging for everything that was available (No Coin Coaster package). Sometimes he has pictures of multiple packages if they are different and sometimes both the English and Japanese packages.

BTW I did not realize that Billiard Balls had changed to plastic. I had bought a Japanese one a while back thinking that it was a new one as the package looked the same and assumed it was still made of wood. I guess it was an older version.
