Yes I own it. Think Silk Serenade but with CD's. Good quality overall, but not a must buy

Cardboard????

Yes they are cardboard just like the original Silk Serenade.
It's a nice colorful trick to do for kids.

I think illusion truck would be a good one too, anyone got a spare?

The original version of "Silk Serenade" by Pavel used plastic "records"--not cardboard. I saw it at Tannen's Magic shop when I was a kid.

Pavel detailed the making of it in many of his lecture notes BEFORE it was licensed by Tenyo.....

And now.....with the advent of those mylar manipulation CDs there is no reason why an actual plastic version could not be made!
