Help please! English instruction for Money Shock

I bought from Japan the Money shock but it came with japanese instructions.
Is there anyone that have the english instructions please?
Of course i can take a picture of the trick and the instructions as a proof and sent it via e-mail.

I take photos of the instructions but only the last and the first pages because there are some guides with pictures.

I think your best shot is actually posting a picture here with a post-it of your forum handle.

Unfortunately, I am way too new to Tenyo and not able to help you with the instructions, but it's a newer trick than most so I'm sure someone here can help.
