Tenyo's New Plus 1 Explained

Post by Richard Kaufman » Thu May 11, 2017 2:32 pm

Yasuo Amano has just put up a post about Magic Chocolate, the new Plus 1 effect. Use Google translate and you'll get a rough idea of the trick (best to use Chrome as your browser, and the translation will happen automatically).

Oooohhh that looks cool, I love the design. What's the odds of a video coming out?

Looks great! This will be a nice addition to another great chocolate trick I love to perform: http://www.52magic.net/3824_Puzzling-Chocolate.html :)

By the way ... I have a feeling Yasuo will soon be here on the forum 8-)

Really nice....thanks for sharing this Richard. Can we repeat the trick with the same audience with different outcome?

Yes, there are two outcomes (that is, two gimmicked cards). You can use either one, so it can be repeated providing you can switch that card (pretty simple in the pocket).

Someone finally put up a video of this. Not that easy to see but enough to get the idea.
It is a cute trick but yet another card packet trick.

Thanks Elliot - I like it, it's unusual and entertaining, and seems easy to do.

Really nice indeed and really clever. Thanks for sharing Elliot. I guess, the gimmick card itself allow us to force the card easily. And the design of the wrap conceal the gimmick too.Nice illusion. So many clever ideas compiled in a nice simple packet trick.
