Thank you for the interesting preview of the upcoming Tenyo stuff. From the look of the props alone it might be 4D Cross and the Mystery Blade for me.
I must agree with you Ralf! The plastic prop tricks.

Thanks for posting those Elliot.

I am still thinking that the three made of plastic are the most interesting and appealing of the lot.

I agree with both Evan and Victor.

Nice packaging indeed and I can’t speak for everyone but I will buy all of them. I still have the dedication to Tenyo thing and their releases are not expensive so no big investment to grab all of them.

Fun to see what each one is all about!

It won’t be long before they are available to all of us.

Thanks for the link Elliot.

These all look great, my favourites (for the moment) being the miniature cards with the dagger and the Crossroads-variation. I wonder if that last one actually works like Crossroads does: on the front picture and one or two photos on the back you are not able to see something which should be there if you know what I mean ;)

I'm thinking I also like the crossroads one but it will depend on how it works of course.
I believe the Tenyo Magic Festival starts on the 29th so we should start seeing some videos and maybe even a few sets for sale on Ebay very soon

FINALLY! We get something regarding this years line!

Can't wait for the videos. The only ones I'm aiming for is Gravity Box and 4D Cross. But I need to see videos of them before pulling the trigger.

Here are some of the first videos of the new Tenyo 2020 line of magic.

4D Cross Plus looks great IMO :D

The 4D Cross Plus looks like a fantastic old fashioned set of plastic props Tenyo illusion. I am really looking forward to that one! A real fooler!!

Actually, all but the Card on Rope (which I think has an obvious method) look great!

Is this going to be the best Tenyo year in a long time? Looks like it may well be!

Thanks for posting those Kirk.

Yes, the 4D Cross demo looks quite convincing (might help that the guy in the video is about my age ). I can't quit understand why the little square bars have to be key ring pendants, but anyway. The classic Tenyo Crossroads might look more elegant but this black cross thingy here looks much more innocent. I'm definitely looking forward to 4D Cross Plus!

Thanks for the links Kirk!

4D-cross is definately the one I'm looking forward the most to. I have Crossroads and am actually quite happy Tenyo didn't just 'remake' it (like some other manufaturers tend to do lately :P ) - this uses a new principle which certainly looks very convincing!

The card in the bag is obvious for us magicians/collectors, but I think this can get pretty good reactions/laughs with laymen :)

The trick with the miniature deck is cool too - I think I know what's 'happening' but it's a cute little close-up trick nonetheless.

Not sure what to think about those cards in the crystal card case, I don't fully understand what happens ... . :?:

The memo-pad thingy-wingy looks good too, hopefully it will work with all currencies, is easy to do and not a hassle to set up.

Perhaps all of them can fool many laymen but for me, the method for 3 of them was obvious when watching the demos. That is, for Miracle Fishing, Note A Bill, and Mystery Blade.

Ultra Gravity Box and 4D Cross appear to be the best foolers, especially 4D Cross!

If Mystery Blade was performed more carefully, then maybe that would have been better. I still like that one anyway...

My favorite of the 5 is 4D Cross.

Mystery Blade and Ultra Gravity Box will be on my buy list as well but I won’t be in too big a hurry to acquire them.
The 2020 releases are decent but I liked the 2019 tricks better. Just my opinion.

Yes, my previous enthusiasm has diminished a bit when seeing the videos...

I fear the only one I’ll buy is 4D Cross ...

Now that I have seen demos for all 5, I am certain that 4D Cross will be the runaway hit for 2020.

It appears to be a cut above the rest as they say. Many cuts actually... ;)

Thank you for providing us with the links, Kirk . For me, it still will be 4D Cross and maybe Mystery Blade. Generally, the upcoming Tenyo items do not seem to be the most stable ones, compared to their earlier releases.

I agree 4D cross is the most interesting one, but it isn't too difficult to figure out when you have the luxury of watching it on video. A live performance is of course way better, and I think it will be a great fooler under those circumstances.

After watching the 5 demos a few more times, I now think that the only real fooler is 4D Cross.

At this point, the only other one I like enough to want to perform it is Mystery Blade. The prop and method is interesting to me and I expect it to be a fun challenge to be able to perform it so it fools your audience. With this one, I am thinking there is no middle ground. Either it fools them or it won’t so your handling is everything to succeed in pulling it off.
