Must be great to live there! Space everywhere!
I only have been in Denmark, not (yet?) in Norway...
You must be used to cold weather, here in Holland it's not cold at the moment, only +8 Celsius
Very curious what's inside the cabinet!!!

That's the perfect place to store your secrets
what a great place, it reminds me of an amazing ipad/iPhone game called 'year walk'.
Can't wait to see the big reveal

I love Norway. I have lived there for few months - I wrote my final thesis at the Narvik Univerity.
Can't wait to see what is inside!

Marvelous white! but where in Norway
I've never been there but hoping to visit that place someday to witness the ''northern lights''
The ''Invisible Man'' is now walking on the snow
And i think it's about time to open up that Cabinet before it freezes (-15 brrrrrrrrr)

that looks like a fun weekend you've got ahead of you
you've inspired me to rethink my drinks cabinet and turn it into a magic one (it's even got a little mirrored pull out table to practice on. might have to be on the back burner for a while as it'd be a big job.
good luck per!

I don't think it's quite as nice as your 1700's cabinet
where did you find it, it's amazing! I'll start work on the emptying tonight, cheers indeed!

My tenyo collection looks something like that as well. Stored in cartboard boxes . It would be great to have a display cabinet, but there is no space for it in my apartment yet.

That's why I want some display cabinets too ... I know storing in boxes has its advantages but boy that gives so much joy just opening the cupboard once in a while and turn happy in a few seconds!
Nice job Per-Aage! I would line the back of the cupboard and the shelves with black or wine-red velvet or just paint it
If you're a bit handy add a litle led light if possible and done

I finally got round to emptying out my drinks cabinet, I have polished up the mirrors and (nearly) sorted the electrics for the light. So to begin, before I spend the weekend sorting and arranging my tenyo, I thought I'd christen it with the trick that started it all, my crystal cleaver from when I was 10
