Anyone else got a time machine? I've had mine for a long time but never quite used it enough, any tips?

I don't know. Maybe because I have collected watches I don't like tricks with it, especially when there are magnets involved.
But of course your Time Machine is a specially designed magic watch.
The only magic watch I have is one that reveals a chosen card.

No magnets in this time machine, not even a secret switch, it's very sneaky

Now I'm curious! Has it something to do with balancing/gravity?

Yes I own the Viking Perfect Time, bought it second hand. But the battery needs replacement and from what I've heard thats something only Viking can do ... .
