THE LONG WAIT...

Post by Jaime C. » Thu May 07, 2015 10:23 am

Hello Forum!

Have you experienced waiting for a shipment to arrive at your end for more than 3 weeks and counting and if you message the seller to follow up your purchase you receive no reply???

What i am experiencing now is I purchased some items at Plaza Japan on April 12th and i haven't receive yet the package. I made 2 consecutive emails to follow up but still has no reply. Worried!

I can't remember where I heard this from...maybe from 'Cafe. But isn't Plaza the website version of Tokyo Hobby? Or is it completely different?
Where's my colon?!

Yes I ordered before at Tokyo-hobby aka Japan Magic, and I had to wait for a month, the cheaper the longer it takes, compare it a bit with the shops at Aliexpress.com.

Yes David i sent my payment through Paypal. I don't mind waiting a bit but what i don't like about them is they don't know how to reply with my emails to give me information. ( Rob )So maybe i have to wait for another week :)

Maybe they can't write in English and so cannot reply.

Hi Jaime,
My last record was the delivery from Indonesia to UK which took only 11 days. It was not an express and expensive one, just a normal type of shipping. And in other way, it took me 2-3 weeks max of waiting the package came from European countries to Indonesia.
Hope your package will arrive soon. ;)

I have bought from them quite a few times. It does take at least three weeks.

There was problems with my last two items.

One box came without a item, and a second order never came.

For both issues I was quickly refunded the money.

They are a gigantic hobby store and sell thousands of items so if you write, it may get lost in the shuffle.

Thanks all for the replies. Finally the package arrived at its end yesterday for exactly 31 days of waiting. Anyway it was nicely packed and no damaged. So happiness of Tenyo magic continues :)

My package from Tokyo-Hobby was lost in the ether.
I waited over a month. They gave me a no questions asked refund. Yes, the prices are good, but, not sure if I will order from them again.
