Enchanted Ring help

Hello all, I’m hoping the collective knowledge of the group here might be able to shed some light on a mystery I’m trying to solve. I’ve been interested in the Enchanted ring magic effect and recently I purchased a copy from another collector. I’m trying to find out who the creator of this version is as the other collector didn’t know. I’m familiar with many versions of this effect, many can be seen here: https://www.martinsmagic.com/?s=Enchant ... gwt_wcas=1 but the version I have purchased is unlike the others I have seen. The copy I purchased is pictured below, it’s a solid block of aluminum that is not anodized or decorated. It’s mechanism operates as the others seen on Martin’s Magic. If anyone knows who the creator was I would be curious to know? The effect also arrived without any instructions, I’ve made a best guess on how it’s to be performed but if someone has instructions for this type of effect I would love a copy to add them with the effect.
