Nice trick! Is it your own creation, or does it use some additional hardware (I take it the phone was just a visual prop with a static image displayed). Could the deck be shuffled by the spectator?

Pretty clever idea to use the phone as a scanner. And yes, if the deck could be shuffled and cut by the spectator would be very good trick indeed.
