How to Dispose of "Ripoff" Magic

Most everyone in Magic enjoys a good video. This is very interesting.
Yes I've seen this one too at the Magic Cafe. This is of course a 'model' magician who takes the consequences of publishing a trick and later finds out somebody else already issued it.
Is he an exception?
