Signed card/coin/ring to sealed kinder egg.
that's the Orange plastic container, inside sealed chocolate egg inside foil outer wrapper.
I've made a start on my attempt, pic to follow shortly.

a few notes which may help...
recently kinder eggs have been wrapped in two halves of foil sheets instead of one which makes it much easier to take off and replace. also the new capsules are all one piece with a hinge, in the base is a circle marked which can but cut around. if you leave a bit uncut it makes a flexible trap door which a rolled card could fit in

I like the idea. The most problematic thing could be that the chocolate egg is quite fragile. I think there are holders for individual eggs now maybe some could use that to securely close the egg after the load. Or you could use the same method as at ring inside an orenge, egg and walnut. (Palming and loading the walnut/small plastic egg into the egg while crushing it.)
