I received mine today (mine is the one in the bottom row farthest to the left :D ) and I must say it had me fooled! After watching Rob's demo several times, I thought I may have figured it out but nope.

Nice work Rob, not only with the apparatus but, with those very professional instructions.

This could easily be a Tenyo release! I find it to be very Tenyoesque.

I am going to be doing this one for lots of people over this holiday season.

Thank you Rob for sharing this work of art with me and the other nine lucky people.

Oh...who got the lonely red one?
It's a Tenyo day in the neighborhood!

Thank you all three US citizens for your nice words!

Steve, you have good eyes to see which one you received :)

And by the way, I still have the red one ... I expected that our only female member, Shan, would be interested... She can still send me a PM if she wants the red one! :) But probably she prefers a green one! :D

PS I made 2 extra so I had 12 actually. I've sent 10 so I still have 2 spare ones :) But I ask 10 euro for them :)

Thank you Madison! What a wonderful performance of my humble cardboard trick :)

Never expected that you guys would like it so much!

All Sword thr cards are gone now ... except for the lonely red one :)

By the way, I am really obessed with this trick, and had an other idea, see my UNofficial video:

You could make this one yourself :)

BUT ... the first Sword thr card remains the best!

Rob`s Carpenter`s Nightmare arrived last week at my hometown and I have chance to play and try out last night and I love every part of it (even the funny part in the instruction :) :)). Although it is 100% handmade, everything we precisely made. What an excellent work Rob ! The design of the board really hides the secret trap door and it locks. This is very "Tenyo like" prop and ingenious. Thanks for sharing this with us ! ;)

Thanks Victor! Glad you like it! If Tenyo ever decided to produce this item, it would become an even more diabolical magic trick, they are the masters of hiding trap doors!

Great new additions/variations Rob.

Thought: It seems to me that the card could be (adjusted) from the rear, and then the sword could be run through from the rear to the front. It might be more visual to do it the other way around. But more moves may just be superfluous.
and now, on with the show ...

Rob's Sword Thru Card arrived today in the mail and the effect is fantastic! Can't wait to rehearse a routine with it! Beautiful work Rob!
