Fill it with water, freeze, place inside buttski, cools and soothes hemorrhoid pain.

Hah! yes that is what it looks like. You could do that in a pinch but it's not its primary function. The blue bit is latex and hollow and the orange bit is in two parts...

Has it something to do with Star Wars?

It's most definitely a genuine Tenyo latex Indian arrow-head which turns into a purple sponge ball which fits inside a 5D Surprise II, of which there were only two made/sold in Japan in 1988. Where's my prize?
and now, on with the show ...

So close Bob, two words in there are relevant, arrow and ball.
Rob it's not a Star Wars thing BUT I did watch on Tuesday and I was flippin' brilliant ;)

Hmmm is it an air freshener, or a tool for removing ear wax? : ) I haven't got the faintest clue what that is, but Merry Christmas and happy holidays to everyone here on the forum! I look forward to hearing the answer to the mystery item!

the blue bit is stretchy and the orange bit is a ring. there's one small thing required to use it properly and they come in packs of about 100

It's not ammunition but you're In the right area. (and it's not a toy either, the box says 18+)
