How to understand Japanese notices?

Post by HerveM » Sun Nov 11, 2018 9:01 am

When buying a Japanese tricks, it's sometimes hard to understand how the trick should be used just by looking at the pictures.

And to use a translation software, you have to have the good Japanese characters.

Voci how do i do:
-I scans the notice in 600 dots per inch, page by page and I save its in jpg format.
I launch Abby fine reader (a trial version is available here https://www.abbyy.com/en-eu/lp/fineread ... u_shopping)
- then open OCR editor, load your picture
and start recognition.
Capture.JPG
As you can see in the example the scan is on the left with the character recognition areas in green and the image areas in red.
The result of the OCR is given in the right column.

The images can be copied, the text too.
The Japanese text can then be translated into a translation software.
