Yes it is metal, the first version (the one pictured) is shinny metal and the second has more of a brushed finish. Everything else is the same

It is a really good trick that I carry in my Tenyo case and perform often.

I usually start with the Arcane and make the cane grow out of the container, then on to the Water Suspension.

I have done this combination at parties on the guest of honor. With the growing cane I use a Viagra patter.

this is one of those tricks I've had for ages and never realised it was originally by tenyo (my version sadly isn't) what's cool is people really believe sometimes that it's just science at work! I like the idea of the wand, and the viagra gags a nice touch, I bet that gets a rise out of the crowd
the idea of pulling a wand out of the bowl reminded me of an effect I saw on penguin magic. you break up a strand of raw spaghetti into your mouth, chew it up then pull out a restored piece. you could do the same with the bowl possibly. call your magic pasta bowl, paint some sponge Alps brown and make some meatballs appear. I just realised I'm really hungry, I think I'm thinking with my stomach!
the spaghetti trick is really cool tho I use it all the time l, it's a great impromptu trick to do at someone's house. I worked it out from the video, it's deviously simple but looks so real!

I love this trick. Another great classic to perform science experiment combined with magic. Unfortunately I didn`t own the Tenyo version, but I was lucky enough to find the Tricks&Co. version about 20 years ago and I am still keeping it. I never know this prop will have close relationship with Tenyo at that time. Well I was a kid who knew nothing about magic.

Tricks called it The Indian Pot. You can find this prop also the first Tricks&Co. catalog. The effect is the same, but the pot was made out of plastic instead of metal like Tenyo. Sure the Tenyo version looks better but Tricks version has more natural design as a pot. The gimmick inside was made out of metal so it will have noise problem especially in the dry condition. Nowadays, people choose more organic object to perform this trick which called Hydrostatic Glass. It is easily available on the market. It looks like a normal transparent glass and brings the same effect but looks more convincing.

The early T-numbered tricks for the most part were not Tenyo inventions. I would guess that this method was "borrowed" from existing magic at the time but don't know for sure.

I like this, but I hardly perform it. I should actually perform it in my physics classes when talking about atmosferic pressure.

Not much to say about this one, but I once owned one that became rusted, so make sure you make it dry after use, which isn't easy beneath the gimmick plate of course.

Several versions are available, the ones mentioned above but also one very similar to Tenyo: Atomic Water Vase. very cheap, works great.

The effect was originated by Lester Lake in the 1940's, made and sold by Abbott's Magic Co. for many years as "Wa-Ter-Lu".

I saw a version using the Tenyo prop , performed by Jeremy Pei, where he had soldered a cup handle on to the cup so now it was presented as a small tea cup, with green tea.

Not much to say about this one, but I once owned one that became rusted, so make sure you make it dry after use, which isn't easy beneath the gimmick plate of course.

For storage drop a Silica Gel Desiccant Dehumidifier Packet into the cup to absorb any remaining moisture.
