What a terrific trick! The mechanics are amazing, the prop is versatile, and it's fun to use and practice just to watch the magic happen. I suspect that I am not the only one who has played with the prop repeatedly while watching TV.
The early version has a shinny smooth finish and later runs has a non shinny finish which I prefer because of no glare and visually more appealing to me personally.
The Tenyo Elite version made of wood is interesting in that it's amazing it could be hand crafted in wood which seemed so unlikely due to the mechanics. But...they accomplished it!

I bought this trick many years ago, when it first came out. For the longest time, I couldn't find it after I moved, as well as a lot of other tricks I owned.
Recently, my wife cleaned out a storage room. In one of the boxes were all my tricks, including this one!

This is definately one of the best tricks out there ... . The problem is it is so widely available in different forms (cigarettes, pencils, skeletons, ...) and is included in some children magic sets. Nonetheless this one is so easy to do and keeps baffling people.
