The different ending in your video really enhances the effect.

I can't agree with Andy's 4 star rating or his statement "I was going to write this one
off as a bit of a dud" but everyone has their own opinion. Still a strong effect for me.

I showed the video of Rob to my wife and she "immediately" knew what the door was all about.
I also missed the full sequence with the vase, which contributes significantly to the amazement

Honestly I have no idea why Martin liked my additional ending so much. It was a bold extra, if a spectator is fascinated by my story line it makes sense.
I also had mixed feelings with my video.
So actually I agree with your criticism...
Although on the other hand, I believe that spectators who have no idea how it’s done, can be fooled...

My Lego version takes a total different direction. Need I say more?
