Tenyo Clean Cut (Advance Routine)
Tenyo Clean Cut (Advance Routine)
Hi everyone,
I made a Clean Cut advance routine video to congratulate Mr. Kazumasa Shimizu for his 46th year of carrier anniversary. This routine is so great created by him, which elevated Kato's Clean Cut to another level. Hope you enjoy it ! Turn on the sound and have a jazzy weekend everyone

Re: Tenyo Clean Cut (Advance Routine)
That was excellent Victor. I didn't expect the full circle and short piece removal and restore. Smoothly executed all the way. Very well done.
"let's continue on with this carnival-like atmosphere"
Re: Tenyo Clean Cut (Advance Routine)
Nicely done Victor, this is such a wonderful little visual illusion and your presentation was perfection!

Very good presentation Victor, it’s a great idea! I especially like the loop illusion, I remember that when I was busy with rope tricks a while ago
Re: Tenyo Clean Cut (Advance Routine)
Thanks everyone, I just re-demonstrate what Mr. Shimizu already created. Because this routine is not available online (probably was), maybe would be interesting for people who underestimated this trick. Unfortunately so many cheap china knock offs are available for this trick which really lower the value of this trick as kid`s toy.
Re: Tenyo Clean Cut (Advance Routine)
Excellent presentation!
I also always found that this trick had the value of a kid`s toy ...
maybe because it's known or you can quickly understand how it works. But with this routine, Clean cut becomes a great trick.
I think I will buy it, thanks!

Re: Tenyo Clean Cut (Advance Routine)
That was so cool, never seen a routine like that for clean cut.
Re: Tenyo Clean Cut (Advance Routine)
Hi Gaz, Thanks I saw once performed in the tube before Tenyoism was released and seems that the video was deleted . The same routine is described in Tenyoism and I think would be great to share it again with the community.

A truly engaging, wonderful routine Victor. And you performed it as good as it can be performed (I have Tenyoism). Well done my friend, well done ...

Thanks Roberto. It described in Tenyoism, created by K. Shimizu. It is not that difficult although short practice is required.Roberto B. wrote: ↑Tue Feb 12, 2019 2:30 amwow...that's a genious routine...very well thought...I guess it require a lot of practice to remember all the performance!!….congratulations!!

Re: Tenyo Clean Cut (Advance Routine)
I bought Clean Cut because of your video Victor, I only managed o get a Milton Bradley version but I think you said before that they are all made by Tenyo, they seem to be quite hard to come by.
Simon from Aus (but English)
Re: Tenyo Clean Cut (Advance Routine)
Glad to hear that Simon. I think the MB version will definitely work too. Before I got Tenyo, I used the DiFatta version. Worked quite well too.The routine is quite easy but still practice required. The small piece of rope should be prepared so it will go out easily or use the tweezer for easier handling. The last move is quite tricky and need little bit of practice. Timing should be considered here. Have fun on trying SimonSimon Layland wrote: ↑Wed Feb 13, 2019 2:18 amI bought Clean Cut because of your video Victor, I only managed o get a Milton Bradley version but I think you said before that they are all made by Tenyo, they seem to be quite hard to come by.
Re: Tenyo Clean Cut (Advance Routine)
This performance is fantastic! I'm glad I have a Clean Cut to actually do this.
Would there be a way to incorporate two different Clean Cut devices and one rope for a routine? Or would that be too cumbersome?

Where's my colon?!
Re: Tenyo Clean Cut (Advance Routine)
Thanks Brett. I think 2 clean cuts will.be too much for the same effect unless we can make combination out of the routine. Still have no idea how to do it
Re: Tenyo Clean Cut (Advance Routine)
The best I can think of right now is you start with one at the ready, and one that would show the rope being cut, except the pieces are taken out already.
Put the rope in the one that is ready, but have it to where the mechanism is all the way to the left.
Make the cut, the remove the tiny rope from the left side.
Then take the other wise of the rope and put it in the mechanism. Restore rope.
Then cut it again and remove the tiny rope from the right most side. Take the second tiny rope and put it in the second mechanism.
You should have both tiny pieces in the second mechanism. Restore both tiny pieces and restore a (relatively) small, but whole piece of rope.
You could go with going full backwards with the trick and splitting the smaller rope into two pieces, then restoring the bigger rope.
Trying to think of a way to utilize the smaller rope and have it work with the larger rope during restoration.
Where's my colon?!
