Bundt Cake

Ingredients 1 (18.25 ounce) package butter cake mix 1 cup sour cream 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup white sugar 1 cup confectioners' sugar 2 tablespoons milk 4 eggs 1/4 cup water |

Combine the 2 tablespoons of cake mix, cinnamon, brown sugar, and
pecans; set aside. 2. In a large bowl, blend cake mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs, and sugar. beat on high speed for 2 minutes. 3. Pour 2/3 of batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture in the center of this and spread remaining batter evenly over this. 4. Bake at 375 F for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool in pan for 25 minutes. Remove from pan. 5. To make Glaze: Blend powdered sugar and milk together. Drizzle over cake. |

Apple Coffee Cake

Ingredients 1 (18.25) package yellow cake mix 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix 4 eggs 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup vegetable oil 6 apples - peeled, cored and sliced 1/2 cup white sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 cup chopped walnuts |

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. 2. In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix and instant pudding mix. Add the eggs, sour cream and oil, mix until well blended. In a small bowl combine the sugar, cinnamon and walnuts. 3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, then place a layer of sliced apples over the batter and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon walnut mixture. Our the remaining batter over the top and repeat with the remaining apples and cinnamon walnut mixture. 4. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool for 1/2 hour before removing from pan to cool completely. |

Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients 1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix 1 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs 1/2 cup hot water 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips |

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a bundt pan. 2. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, water, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan. 3. Bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool. |
