Re: EOTI Colours

I think David De Tenyo is just breaking your chops.

Here is a picture of the Chinese one from his site http://www.tenyo.be

The jewel case is black not light gray.

YES, for sure it is worth more to some collectors but not all.

Guess who would love to have it?

I sent you a PM. ;–)

Re: EOTI Colours

NO, that is rare as well as the Black Moai. Most times with variations in Tenyo tricks, one color is not any more rare than the other, but in this case I would say you have something rare. I can say this because I have seen very many Eye of the Idol in person and on Ebay and I never saw a gray case....

Re: Magic notepad performance idea

Great Idea! To clarify, what Simon is suggesting is to forgo the included pad and place the gimmick on the back of the ipad mini. What you might be able to do is load an app so you can use the mini as a digital pad. Maybe SketchBookExpress would work. You can draw the bucket with your finger and the...

Images Galleries Feature Has Been Installed

Guys I am working on installing an Image Gallery mod. It is a very big installation. I think it will be great for people like Simon to show his creations and for us to show our collections and whatever other cool pictures we have. You will see some Gallery related features like the BBCode "Gallery" ...

World Clocks

Guys, An idea I had was to have world clocks across the top or bottom of the forum like in a newsroom. I decided on the digital clock rather than the more iconic analog ones because they were easy to read and had AM and PM. I have the HTML code all set but not sure how to create a window on the inde...

Re: PRIVACY ON THIS FORUM

I just looked into this further and there is a MOD I can install that would let admins look at PMs but I am not installing it. There is no need to look at people's private messages. If in the future we have issues and I find it helpful to be able to look at certain members PMs, then I will let every...

Re: PRIVACY ON THIS FORUM

That is not cool. I like it here that I get an email when someone has sent me a PM. Then I logon and check it out. When I would see the blinking "You Have A Private Message" box on the Cafe I would be excited to see who was writing me but many times it was advertising messages. That was always a big...

PRIVACY ON THIS FORUM

When we were on the Cafe I often wondered if the Moderators could look at our Personal Messages. I cannot speak for what they do there but I can for here. Personal Messages are not accessible to anyone on this forum including me (the Site Administrator) and David the (Global Moderator). This is not ...

Re: Flags and members

I would love that but I don't think that is possible. I will look into it.

Another idea I have is to have a wall of clocks (like in a newsroom) so you can see what time it is for all our members. That is something I will have to create myself (there is no mod) but I think I can do it.

Re: Individual effect forum?

When I designed the Website and then this Forum, I had to determine how I wanted to organize the data. I decided to organize the data by subject rather than by trick primarily because there are only a few subjects but there are hundreds of tricks. What is nice about this forum is that the Search fea...

Re: New contest on Magic Patagonia youtube channel

Guys, I know so guys said to me they were not playing because they did not know about movies. I don't think you have to know about movies to win this contest. I think it is more about searching the web for the answer. So it is more like a treasure hunt than a trivia contest. Give it a try. GOOD LUCK

Very interesting

When I saw Simon write "mould" I instantly though I spelled it wrong in my post because I am a very bad speller. BUT Mold vs. mould American English has no mould, and British English has no mold. In other words, the word referring to (1) the various funguses that grow on organic matter or (2) a fram...

Re: Are you investing or collecting for fun?

That Tenyo no longer have any of the original molds ... I would not be so sure that Tenyo does not have any of the original molds. That was just said by one person who tends to say a lot of outrageous things. The actual statement was "I'm also pretty sure they have no intention of remaking old item...
