This is a really satisfying trick to perform (WHEN the dice don't topple!)
It was a great moment discovering the secret, great design and great thinking
I am agree that the handling requires practice but what makes this trick unique that the spectator is actually watching at the gimmick since the beginning of the routine Love the idea
This is one of my favorite of the more recent tricks. I like the fact that what happens is completely unexpected and a complete surprise to the spectator.
I also thought the handling was a bit awkward but when I tried on people it worked fine. Once the gimmick is out of the way everything is handed to the spectator who usually just stares at the two tubes trying to figure out what just happened.
If you haven't tried it you should. It's not that hard and it is a pretty mystifying trick.
If you think it's not "comfortable," that just means you have to learn how to do it. Practice, my friends, makes perfect. This fooled the hell out of me the first time I saw it.

I can be very capable of performing it extremely well and still not be comfortable with it. I was referring to a state of mind and not a level of competency.
Practice is not just the "digtial" but also the psychological work you do to get comfortable with something. If you're not comfortable, it's likely you're feeling guilty about some particular moment.
